Skin Membership Terms and Conditions


- No refund of any fees for change of mind

- Clinic cancellation policy applies for all membership services. Late cancellations or no show may result in a forfeit of services

- Your weekly membership/payment plan fee will be debited from your nominated bank account on the same day every week managed through GoCardless
Failed Payment Procedures: If the payment is set up for weekly frequencies, we will reattempt the missed payment the next business day. If 3 attempts fail, payment plan will be cancelled and you will be invoiced for full payment of services (excluding any membership discounts)

There is a failed payment administration fee of $10 (excl. GST) to cover the costs associated with managing and reattempting the payment.

- For any overdue accounts, future appointments will be cancelled until account is caught up

- Cancellation of a membership- outstanding costs will be charged at full price excluding discounts. Card on file is charged 48hrs after cancellation of membership

- Only under extenuating medical circumstances, a membership may be cancelled or refunded- any services provided are paid at the full cost excluding discounts
